Included in the published retreat package
- 5 nights / 6 days in Malaga from March 2027 (exact dates TBC).
- Planned London Gatwick return flights as described.
- Checked baggage and Malaga transfers as described.
- Private villa accommodation with Standard and Premium room request options.
- Selected meals, hosted group rhythm and scheduled movement or wellbeing sessions.
- Sample itinerary, calendar file, booking support and clear deposit next steps.
Not included unless agreed otherwise
- Personal spending money, shopping, taxis outside the agreed retreat plan and independent travel changes.
- Extra treatments, optional add-ons or activities outside the published schedule.
- Travel documents, passport costs, visas if applicable and personal travel insurance.
- Costs caused by guest-led changes, missed transport, late arrival or early departure.
- Anything not confirmed by SOLARA in writing before payment.

Common questions
Are flights included in SOLARA Malaga?
Yes. The published retreat package includes planned return flights from London Gatwick, checked baggage and Malaga transfers as described.
What accommodation is included?
The package includes private villa accommodation in Malaga. Standard is a shared bedroom option; Premium is a private double bedroom option subject to availability.
Are meals included?
Selected meals are included as part of the published retreat rhythm. Personal snacks, drinks outside the agreed plan and extra spending remain the guest responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
What is not included?
Personal spending, extra treatments, optional extras, travel documents, insurance and costs caused by personal changes are not included unless SOLARA agrees otherwise in writing.
Is the GBP 500 deposit part of the price?
Yes. The GBP 500 deposit is requested after availability and room option are confirmed, and it forms part of the retreat payment sequence described on the deposit page.
