Do I need yoga or dance experience?
No. Movement sessions are designed for mixed levels and can be adapted. Dance is participation-led, not performance-led.
Does submitting the booking form confirm my place?
No. The form sends a booking request. Your place is confirmed only after SOLARA confirms availability and receives the required GBP 500 deposit or agreed payment.
When is the GBP 500 deposit paid?
The GBP 500 deposit is requested after SOLARA confirms availability and your room option. It secures the place once received.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard is the shared bedroom retreat option. Premium includes a private double bedroom, massage and priority room allocation, subject to availability.
Can dietary, access or medical needs be supported?
Guests should share relevant dietary, access, medical or mobility needs before confirmation so SOLARA can assess whether reasonable support is possible.
Can the itinerary or teachers change?
Yes. The schedule, suppliers and teachers may be refined before travel as logistics are finalised. Any material change would be communicated to affected guests.
Should I arrange travel insurance?
Yes. Guests should arrange suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical needs, travel disruption and personal belongings.
