Please read these terms before submitting a booking request or deposit.
SOLARA Malaga is operated by SteadyLens. These terms apply to enquiry forms, booking requests, deposit payments and participation in the SOLARA Malaga retreat scheduled for March 2027 (exact dates TBC) in Malaga, Spain.
Booking status and confirmation
- Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm a place.
- A place is confirmed only after SOLARA confirms availability in writing and the required GBP 500 deposit or agreed payment has been received.
- Room preferences are subject to availability. Premium rooms include the listed Premium benefits only once confirmed by SOLARA.
- SOLARA may decline or waitlist a booking request if rooms, suitability or logistics cannot be confirmed.
Deposit and balance
- A GBP 500 deposit is required to secure a confirmed place.
- The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before travel unless SOLARA agrees a different deadline in writing.
- If the balance is not paid by the agreed deadline, SOLARA may release the place and apply the refund policy.
- Prices are listed in GBP and cover only the inclusions described on the retreat and booking pages.
What is included
- The retreat dates are 5 nights / 6 days from March 2027 (exact dates TBC).
- Flights, checked baggage, Malaga transfers, accommodation, selected meals and scheduled sessions are included only where explicitly described.
- Personal spending, additional treatments, optional extras, travel documents, insurance and costs caused by personal changes are not included unless agreed in writing.
- Itinerary details may be refined as teachers, suppliers, weather and local logistics are finalised.
Guest responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and participate in movement, wellness and group activities.
- Guests should disclose relevant dietary, access, medical or mobility needs before confirmation so SOLARA can assess whether reasonable support is possible.
- Guests are responsible for valid travel documents, visas where required, and suitable travel insurance.
- Guests must behave respectfully toward the team, suppliers, hosts, property and other guests.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy. If SOLARA needs to make a material change to the retreat, guests will be contacted with available options based on the circumstances and supplier position.
