Legal basis and retention

SOLARA uses enquiry and booking data to take steps requested by the guest before entering into a retreat booking, to manage confirmed bookings, to meet legitimate operational needs, and to keep consent records where required. Data should be kept only for as long as needed for retreat operations, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations.

Sharing and processors

Cookies and measurement

The site can support GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, but these tags should only be configured when the correct IDs, consent approach and privacy wording are ready.
